Power tasting at Erik's
Cloudy pale blond colour. Very strong smell of fart, sulfur, also the funk and acidic notes find their way. Sharp acidity, strong lemony character; but it also has some interesting funk and horseblanket note; the final is mildly astringent, very dry.
Very good.

Golden, slight haze. Thin head. The aroma is interesting, some pedio, sort of an asafoetida vibe, little bit of brett and barrel.(Some of this blows off after 10 minutes or so). On the palate, quite different. Bright, kumquat, slight florals, nice tartness, touch of barrel dryness. Nice complexity. Balanced finish, with just a touch of sweetness. Yummy.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, dry hops, and spicy spelt. Flavour is complex, with lots of farmhouse yeast, funky brett, some spiciness, and funk. Funky and wild, with just enough tartness. Exquisite.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Pours creamy orange with a bit of white foam on the top. Nose is nice tart, lots of funk there, nice old cheese umami. Tastes tart, more umami and more funk. Tasty tart flavour, fruity and funky, light vinegar, beautiful balance there. Tasty and funky with some barnyard. Salty and umami linger in the finish.

Bottle shared by Matt - thanks! Terrible unreadable label. Come on people. Beer itselff was hazy golden with a small white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is mild and refined, strawberries, lemon, floral notes. Flavor is very high start with a light farmhouse funk, berries and floral notes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tasty.

This has a pinkish colour, and not much head. On the nose, it’s got some brett, some wood, nice vinous notes. On the palate, it’s tart, a bit woody. Nice balance on this, I like the brett, wood and vinous character. Just a touch of brett B.
