Description
The story of the Malamouli family's involvement with brewing began 50 years ago, when they cultivated brewing barley on a contract basis in the family estate in Kokkina, in the Municipality of Riga Fereou. In Belgium, the homeland of quality beer, Dimitris Malamoulis owned a restaurant in Brussels, the secrets of brewing quality beer were introduced in the years 2012-2015. Homebrewing was the next step, which led to the final professional involvement with the creation of quality craft beer. Now, from April 2019 on, our modern brewery was put into operation.

Magus, linnaseline, viljane, mõrkjas. Viisakas laager, aga mulle meeldiks rohkem mõrudust.

Bottle from B for beer in chaina dry and very slighly sweet malty aroma, really good pils aroma.slightly sweet herbal hops, but it stays in the dry and bitter world. flavor is malty, very slighlty fruity, sweet herbal. a bit messy but definetly a flavorful pils.

Bottle picked up from Volos by Loz, had this Thursday 20th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to make a Lamb Curry with Rice and perhaps a Samosa. Pours mid gold a little dull haziness, nice bubbly white head. Decent Pale Ale, some sweetness but with a gentle bitterness, nice soft carbonation, a little fruity.

Bottle that Loz picked up from Volos very recently, drinking this sat outside, it's a sunshine and cloud sort of day, Saturday 1st July 2023 listening to a mega mix from Jamz Supernova called the weekend warm up mix that she did at Glastonbury last weekend. Pours hazy yellow, yolky gold with a white head. It's a good effort, okay it's certainly going to be easily bettered by many authentic German breweries knocking out this style but it's really not bad at all. Usual wheat characteristics are here, albeit it's subtle and a little on the thin side, but light banana and clove, a little bready touch. Decent.

Bottle that Loz picked up from Volos last week, had this sat outside on a blisteringly sunny and hot day, Monday 19th June 2023. Pours gold, slight haziness, mid sized white head. A little on the sweet side, that said it's not bad, could be crisper and a little bit fruitier with a better bitterness but it's absolutely fine.

330ml bottle, 4.9 % abv, bought at B is for Beer. Clear late straw coloured body, spotty lacing from a stable white head. Subdued aromas of pale malts and grassy hops. Hay and grass to the taste buds, supported by cereal hops. Mid-sweet ending. Soft on the swallow. Fair enough. (Hotel room, Chania 31.05.2023).
