Bottle shared at columbus tasting 09/10/2019. Many Thanks! A hazed milky gold coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is earthy lemon, wheat, lavender, doughy wheat, Flavour is composed of semi dry, wheat, airy frothy, leafy citrus, nettle. Palate is frothy airy carboantion. fine.

0,33 l bottle from Melete Craft Beer Bar, Rhodes. Murky dark golden with a more than one finger white head. Hopy tropical fruity smell. Taste is also tropical hopy. Malty backbone, low brett in the background. Little bit dry. Not bad but expected more.

Bottle from Zero Cafe bar. Pours clear gold with little white head. Nice hoppy nose. Tastes medium bitter, hoppy, fresh citruses, bit higher carbonation. Very refreshing though.

hazy yellow, small white head. mild hoppy aroma with pine and grapefruit, also some herbal freshness. Mild salty flavor with a mild, quite dry malty background. high carbonation but otherwise mouthfeel is a bit thin. Very quenching, notes of lemongrass, great summer drink.

bottle from b is for beer, chania, crete, greece. clear yellow, smooth yellow head. aroma is flower pollen, rye, malts, really nice, yokao almost nails the ipa aroma every time. flavor is exotic fruits, sweet malts, pine, grapefruit, flower pollen, a little bit too sweet and bitter for my taste - the rye never really finds its place in the flavor. Nevertheless a really good sweet ipa, alc. well hidden, you will probably like it a lot if you like rye ipa in general.

bottle from crete. clear yellow, smooth white head. Strong us double ipa aroma, very bitter but still aromatic with notes of bitter grapefruit and pine. sweet malty base in the background. Flavor is high on bitterness but even higher on us hoppy flowery, pine, grapefruity flavors and a little bit of exotic fruits to round off, leading you to notice the solid sweet malty base that is well balanced into the hop orgy - really well composed double ipa, once more a greek ipa reminds me of pizza port and that is as close to perfect for me a strong ipa can get. Even at 9% it does not at all come off as boozy, but it is very full bodied. I think, after having sampled several times, that the beer is perhaps a little itty bit too bittersweet for my taste, but good stuff nevertheless.

20/8/2019. Bottle at Iznogood Beerock Bar, Corfu Town. Pours clear pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, tropical fruits, brett yeast, light citrus. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture and soft carbonation. Very drinkable.

20/8/2019. Bottle at Iznogood Beerock Bar, Corfu Town. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of chamomile, coriander and sweet fruits. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft to fine carbonation. Nice and subtle.

Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Good brew.
