16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque brown color. Creamy tan head is finger high. Roasted malt nose hints at coffee and spices. Flavor is bittersweet chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Plenty of alcohol warmth as well.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque dark brown color. Bubbly tan head dissipates quickly. Sweet roasted malt aroma hints at cocoa and vanilla. Flavor is roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate and charred wood. No hint of biscuits. Maybe the brewer ate them instead. Amazingly dry with spicy hops on backend.

Wry subtly chilli. Very dark brew. Nose is chocolate and faintest of pepper. Tastes the same. Rich and chewy and not cloying or overly spicy.

Draft. Milky yellow brew. Nose is melon and tropical fruits. Tastes of papaya, guava, floral perfume, touch of herbs. Dry and fruity. Quite tasty.

Draft at brewery. Light ugly copper. Nose is dried fruit and leaf litter. Tastes much the same of dried apricots, jerky, compost but in nice way. Dry and bitter.

16 oz. can. Dated 09-16-21. Aroma is is mild coca, roasted nuts. Flavor is soft chocolate, soft coffee, soft vanilla finish. Normal body for the style. Overall, it just seems soft.
