Can at home. It pours a very hazy yellow color. Much lighter than the picture. The aroma has soft notes of passionfruit, lime, tropical fruit and grass. The flavor is pretty juicy with tropical fruit, melon, mango and peach. Very soft mouth feel with low bitterness. Crushable with fruity hops. Delicious stuff and very much with the current IPA trends. We tasted this one alongside some Trillium, Tree House, Tired Hands and Monkish and it held up very well compared to those.

Can at home. It pours a clear yellow color with a frothy white head. The aroma has strong noble hop lemongrass with hints of lemon/lime, spice, bread and crackers. The flavor is a tad on the sweet side with lots of lemon/lime and spicy bitterness. The finish is dry, but the body is a bit full for a Pils. I’m wishing this one was a bit crisper. Clean and well brewed though. A nice new world Pilsner.

Poured from a 16 oz can. Aroma is nice with some moderate grain notes and hints of bread. Medium light floral and grassy hop notes with hints of citrus. Pours a fairly clear, bright, yellow gold with a medium sized, rocky, white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that lingers along the edges.Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate grain notes with hints of bread. Medium to medium low bitterness. Some medium light floral notes with lighter grass and herbal notes. Faint citrus. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with moderate carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, clean, crushable pilsner. Balanced sweetness and bitterness with some nice, traditional hop notes. Very fresh.

Growler filled yesterday. The beer is black with a medium sized light brown head. Some lacing. Lots of chocolate and vanilla in the aroma. Not super rich but it avoids weird lactose flavors. Semi-sweet and milk chocolate. Moderately strong cola note; doesn’t get too bad. Smooth feel. Fairly light. Pretty sweet but not overwhelming. Nice caramel and milk chocolate backbone. No lactose twang. Very easy to drink. Good stuff.

Growler filled today. The beer is a vivid magenta with a light pink head. Good amount of lacing. Big fruit flavors in the aroma and taste. It’s basically fruit juice. Mildly tart. Maybe, a bit sweet, really. A little bit of funny grainy kettle sour flavor but the fruit covers nearly all of it. It tastes something like a kefir or kombucha fruit drink. Very refreshing and enjoyable. Light and juicy. Easy to drink. This is kinda weird to rate, but I do like it a lot.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a lightly hazed pale orange color wtih a frothy off white head. The aroma is flowery and dank with candied grapefruit and white peach. The flavor is great with strong flowery hops up front followed by spicy dank and grapefruit. Hints of powdered sugar throughout, but no caramel. The mild sweetness is actually a nice compliment to the bright flowery dank. Really good stuff.
