On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a very lightly hazed pale yellow color with a frothy white head. Unfiltered! The aroma has super bright lemongrass, flowers and citrus. A somewhat noble profile, but very intense and beautiful. The flavor has soft notes of crackers, lemongrass, hints of melon and soft bitterness. The finish is a bit lacking as it kind of dies on the palate, but it doesn’t matter so much since the aroma and flavor are so good. Maybe a touch more snappy bitterness and this would be almost perfect.

Sample at Monk’s Kettle. This beer is a dark copper color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small sheets of lacing. Malt, caramel and fruit aroma. Light to medium body with flavors of roast malt, caramel and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet with a caramel and peat malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a lightly hazed super pale yellow color with a creamy white head. The aroma is fruity and candy-like with very fresh and spicy dank. Grapefruit candies, lychee and rambutan. Sweet and fruity. The flavor has pale malt, grapefruit , passionfruit and lychee with super low bitterness. A little spicy hops near the finish. Light bodied. Very interesting and pleasant to drink.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a mostly clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma is grainy with some bready malt and lightly earthy hops. The flavor has some lemon, orange with a little bread and grain. It has a nice soft mouth feel and low bitterness. Snappy and grainy. I’m not really sure what to call this beer, since it doesn’t really seem like an APA, but it’s a pleasant drinker nonetheless.
