COYP 🔴🔵🦅 new 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ Resinous bitter hoppy with some notes of pine, grass, grapefruit and citrus peel, some medium sweet caramel malty backing, crisp and bitter hoppy finish. Solid west coast action.

The name sounds like an Ingurgitating Oblivion song but here at the brewery they’re playing Motley Crue. Pallid and weak looking. No head. Flabby, underattenuated, waste of time.

On tap at Bottlecraft - Little Italy, pours a cloudy dark amber/burgundy with a small white head. Aroma has notes of red wine, balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and some tart red fruits. Flavour is quite tart and moderately acidic, with tart red fruits, balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of red wine. Tart, balsamic, vinous finish. Good but not pinnacle oud bruin.
