16oz (thx, Nick S.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees and Josh. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: some sweetness, dark fruits, a bit of tobacco, and caramel. Taste: along the same lines, some dark fruits character, some dark roasted malt. Overall: nothing really complex here considering the description, but it's fine.

Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Slightly metallic bourbon, subdued berry and chocolate quality, a bit underwhelming.

Bottle, 355 ml, shared with MiroB, Luka and Bojan. Black with beige head. Chocolate, loads of peppers, cinnamon, nice burn in after, quite spicy. Moderate sweetness.

Shared at the March 2024 PS tasting, 3/16/24. Not sure which vintage but it seemed fresh. Hazy yellow, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of pineapple, mango, pale malt. Taste is pineapple, orange. melon, mango, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitterness. New brewery! Brewery # 2268, USA # 1863, Arizona # 10.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, some roasted, mild earthy, herbal and some smoky tones. Flavour is alcohol, some roasted tones and mild smoky tones, mild soy sauce.

Can at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 2, Copenhagen 07/12/2024 Sweet dark malty with some caramel and fudge notes, some dark dried fruit, rich chocolate, nice bourbon richness coming in, full bodied, nice spices into the dark malty bourbon infused malty finish. Lovely stuff.

Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 Citrus fruity aroma and taste and getting lots of grapefruit and lemon, some tangelo, citrus peel, light hop spice, malty support, balanced bitter hoppy into the finish.

Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 Grassy bitter hoppy and fruity aroma and taste, some nice gooseberry and white grape accents from the Nelson, splash of lemony citrus, straw, hay, malty backing, crisp bitter hoppy finish. Great stuff.
