330ml bottle at Camelia Art Café, Barcelona, Spain. Pours a crystal clear gold color with no head or lacing. No aroma at all. Very straightforward pale lager profile. Nothing exceptional and nothing bad. Medium light body and medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Soft mouthfeel.Easy drinking.

1/3/2025. Bottle from Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours clear amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is bready, malty, caramel, dried fruits, fruit cake, hint of marzipan. Fairly sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Very nice aroma, enjoyed this.

Can 33 cl. Comes as 'La Salve Cerveza Lager'. Pours a clear, deep golden with a solid and lacing, white head. Nose is plain malty. Medium body, sweet, clean maltiness with a very subdued bitterness. Nothing American Pale Lager about this. This is just a malty Pale Lager, a little to the sweet side. 070224

Servida en copa teku, color ámbar cobrizo, transparente, espuma beige claro bien retenida. En nariz aroma a malta ligeramente tostada y caramelo. En boca es más bien ligera, moderadamente amarga, combinado con notas de caramelo que aportan un dulzor medio. Se siente un cierto regusto mineral al final del trago, que persiste en la boca. Se deja beber, nada espectacular, pero mantiene el tipo de forma más o menos digna.

Clear blond gold beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, fruity touch, gentle bitterness, pretty neutral, grains, a little sweet, some cow fodder. Aftertaste: dry and bitter finish, a bit herbal, decent.
