Description
Kleiburg is the beer of the Klei Monastery: a spiritual and hospitable place in the Amsterdam Bijlmer neighbourhood. We are a social enterprise and are inspired by traditional Belgian monastery beers and give it an innovative twist. This results in very own specific beers: always recognizable and at the same time surprising.

This beer has a bit of a chemically, plastic, acidity. It’s murky, and there aren’t many good things to say. The other reviewers are correct. And this was directly drank at the brewery. Amsterdam 3.0 may 2021 Actually improved a fair amount, even after mishandling. It’s a good malt body

75 cl. bottle shared with Rick and Joey @ Rick, gift from a colleague.
Hazy brown with a thin head. Whisky, dark caramel and chocolate aroma. Sweet taste with a low-bitter longlasting chocolate finish. Quite boozy but without any alcohol harshness. Nice to share.
