Description
Kleiburg is the beer of the Klei Monastery: a spiritual and hospitable place in the Amsterdam Bijlmer neighbourhood. We are a social enterprise and are inspired by traditional Belgian monastery beers and give it an innovative twist. This results in very own specific beers: always recognizable and at the same time surprising.

Colour slightly unclear medium amber, fair frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Shy aroma, sweet malt, grain, floral hops, Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, floral notes in taste and retronasal. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, sweetbitter finish, paper notes. Easy to drink but not that much character.
