The beer smelt like sulphur and funky wild yeast. It had a dirty sewer water taste and an unpleasant sour edge. My feeling was that it was off or infected. The barman told me that’s how it’s meant to taste.

Bottle 500ml (Beer Hunters). Golden color, small white head. Grainy, grassy aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. A bit harsh, grassy. Sweetish malty finish. Saaz is there but otherwise quite harsh Czech pils.

On tap @ Izola Beer Fest. Pours hazy deep golden color with thin soapy white head. Aroma of fresh dough, yeast and some grass. Taste is moderate sweet and completely bready with mild buttery note and moderate grassy bitterness in the end. Light to medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Liquid bread - really unique beer that is not worth of copying it...

At Beertija pub in Rijeka/Fiume - Croatia. Bottle. Many thanks to my family for being so patient and tolerant after my freaky obsession. Love you Lidija. Pours typical Czech filtered golden bright, medium tick frothy white cap. Nose: butter cookies, bread, a bit (just a hint) of hops. Mouth: medium-low carbonation, relevant bitter blast never disturbing. The body is kind of non-terrific but truly nice. Malts, neutral bitterness which is peculiar. Nice pils, considering Czech do not bottle well at all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
