Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida appare limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cereali, pane cotto di recente, erba e agrumi.

Una Bock luppolata in stile Czech. Buona. c. Luppoli e Uva Varese 11.01.25

0,5 l bottle. 5,6 ABV. Pours dark brown, nice deep red if you look at at directly towards the light. Big light tan head, dissipates quite quickly and leaves only a tiny ring of foam. Aroma of toasted malt, some caramel and licorice, a hint of chocolate and dried fruit. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Finish is short, some rather unpleasant toasted malt at the back of the tongue.

Draught@HBF2018. Deep brown colour, close to black with a huge foamy beige head, which leaves lace. Aroma is roasted, some chocolate, mild dried fruits, some burnt sugar and leathery tones. Flavour pretty much consists of the same elements as the aroma, but creates a rather nice body for being only 4.7 % ABV.

Tap Czech brewery no.151 Pours gold with white head. Strong diacetyl on nose. Tastes sweetish, strong diacetyl. Corny? Certainly nowhere near Czech (macro) standards. Sad.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20211029) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, sweetness and mildly butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, butter, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was mildly sweet, grassy and bitter. A pleasant grassy brew with sweet notes.
