Nuestra historia, es una historia de sensaciones y aromas, el cocinero/cervecero de baias descubrió en uno de sus viajes a Argentina, una cerveza con un perfil muy alejado de lo que conocía hasta el momento y el proceso creativo para ofrecer al cliente esa experiencia sensorial … es baias.

Planteamos una filosofía sustentada en la educación del gusto, explorar, cuestionar y experimentar, redescubriendo aromas y sabores únicos de la cerveza.

Nuestras cervezas se elaboran de manera natural, sin ningún tipo de aditivos ni conservantes, sin filtrar y por supuesto sin pasteurizar. Este tipo de elaboración invita a crear y producir cervezas de gran calidad y variedad.

Nos ubicamos en un baserri en plena naturaleza apostando por la reutilización de espacios y las energías renovables.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and herbs, leading to a bitter finish.

cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is slighlty flowery, faint. flavor is slightly malty sweet, faint dough.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy, slight herbal. Flat grainy. Grassy. Mild straw. Bitter and medium dry grassy finish.

Bottle@Jespers - orange pour with white head. Fruiry and malty with notes of tangerine and some vague mango notes, light malty base, medium body, fruiry hoppy close.

cloudy orange, small white head. aroma is old hops, malts, sweet fruits, sweet malts. flavor is very bitter hoppy, malty base, not sweet.

Bottle@Jespers - Orange yellow pour with white puffy head. Fruity and wheaty with some notes of banana, some citrus fruity accents, medium body, wheaty fruity into the close.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of barley, wheat, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, straw, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very cloudy deep golden with a frothy and very lively, white head. Fruity aroma, but no hoppy freshness. Medium body, again fruity with quite some late bitterness. A decent enough fruity ale, but an IPA it is not. 081117
