Bottle, 0.5l. Muddy brown pour, half finger soapy beige head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Nose is latte, chocolate and wafers. Light body, soft carbonation. Soft and smooth mouthfeel and texture, easily drinkable, slightly watery. Sweet taste with mild roasty bitter notes in the background. Malty aroma, cake, wafers, latte, milk chocolate. Subtle roasty notes. Aftertaste is somewhat weird, cardboard, some weird damp stale notes. Short lasting finish, sweet. Not something I'd go back to.

Bottle from Pomalo ST, shared with heavy & co. Hazy golden body, whtie head. Honey dominates the taste utterly and completely, with some flowery notes, maybe vague spices. Lean taste, honey, some caramel notes, maltiness, banana touches, light spiciness. Not bad really. Not really a gruit I guess though.

0.5l bottle. Darker, slightly hazy amber body, off white head. Big, soft anise in the aroma, almost citric, lightly malty, caramelly. Clean taste, dry maltiness, caramel, anise. Simple, clean (!!!), it is what it is, nothing more, nothing less. Props for the brewery for improving!
