0.50l bottle. Aroma is floral, grainy, yeasty, spicy and honeyish. Pours cloudy amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head, yeast residue and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, yeasty and refreshing fruity, following is herbal, medicinal and honeyish, smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Gusher…

0.5l bottle from Pomalo Zagreb, with Prof. Bekić and Prof. Hrabrenić. Very dark chestnut body, off-white head. Perfumey, creamy aroma, carob, caramel, minty. Minty, maybe fennely dried out taste, caramelly, low herbal bitterness. Actually quite drinkable, unique. Podrum's gotten quite a bit better thankfully over the years.

On tap at Karlovački Dani Piva. Hazy dark golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, perfumed carob nose. Strange taste, not tragic; tastes like bananko with light notes of carob and weak honey touch.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep golden/copper pour, lots of visible carbonation, thin soapy off-white head, short lasting. No lacing. Sweet on the nose, sugary, floral, candy notes. Honey and mint in the background. Light body, medium carbonation. Watery mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, somewhat empty. Bittersweet taste, light sour touches in the background. Aroma of honey, grass, herbs and candy. Mint, grains. Quite bland. Short lasting finish, dry. Drinkable but not really something I'd go back to.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep cloudy copper pour, two finger creamy off-white head, medium retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Nose is honey, grass and herbs. Medium body, medium carbonation, lively. Fizzy mouthfeel, chewy texture, slightly sticky. Balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma is pretty much honey driven with some grassy and herbal notes in the background. Grains, hints of spice. Slight lingering bitterness in the background. Medium lasting finish, lingering honey, mild spicy. Interesting.
