Unclear, ruby red colored, medium white-pinkish head. Aroma is of some malt and cherry juice, very light on tartness. Taste is medium sweet cherry, cherry juice with very light tartness and no funkiness, Medium bodied, average carbonation. Doesn’t seem very wild. (on tap, Beeryard Fest, Zagreb)

On tap at BeerYard Festival, Zagreb. It poured a hazy dark red body with medium sized pinkish head. Sourish vinegar aroma, some cherries, nice. Flavor was moderately sweet, of fresh cherries, juicy with a little bit of tart wild yeast influence. Light malt behind, in the background. Medium bodied with a long cherry juice finish. A decent fruit beer, but I would like it so much better if it was less sweet, without cherry juice and simply tart and sour cherry fruity. But, I’m in minority most likely. Good job anyhow!

Bottle from the BeerYard. Classic appearance, misty to murky golden body, small thick white head. Yeasty aroma, chewed up bubblegum and grain, maybe vaguely herbal. Huge carbonation, the husky, grainy note underneath some soft yeastiness, a bit toasty, vague caramel. Quite drinkable but lacking esters and phenols. Prickly carbonation. Light tart note. The brewer wasn’t satisfied with it and I see why. It’s a good, easily drinkable beer and hopefully the esters and phenols will come with time. Will rerate then.

On tap at the BeerYard festival in Zagreb. The last two kegs were here. Misty pinkish red body with a small pinkish head. Light cherry juice, tart aroma. Sweet juicy cherry taste, natural, never cloying, not too sweet, not too tart, a bit of both really. Light grainy, husky touch of the underlying malt base. Very nice fruit beer, great job!

Jul. ’15. A 0.5 l bottle shared with Marko, thanks Anna! It poured a hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Weak aroma, honey, wet hay, all malty. Flavor was sweet, biscuit, light caramel, vanilla and honey. Thin bodied with shorter finish that was sweet sugary and lightly herbal (or I started to imagine the hops). Our batch was correct, no diacetyl, it was fine little ale, but I’ve expected so much more.

Unclear, dark brown to black colored, small tan non lasting head. Aroma is of malt, some caramel, chocolate, more roasted malt, some acidity and not just the roasted kind. Taste is medium- sweet malt, light caramel, chocolate and roasted malt, light yeast, dryish roasted finish, again some sourness which should not be here. Not very clean profile... Medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery. Sourness is good indication here that it won’t get better with age. Shame, I hope next batch is better.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks!Almost black coloured, small off-white head, mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, some chocolate, coffee, light nutty and unfortunately odd acidic touch in the finish. Pitty for that acidity but this one can be better for sure.
