Tap at NaPalmě. Clear golden body - pretty classic! Sweetish red apple juice / fermented apple aroma. Dry, simple but enjoyable (fermented) apple juice taste, with fine carbonation. Tasty, drinkable - it's what it's suppsed to be!

Shared 330 ml bottle. ABV is 5.6%. Deep golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of sweet eating apples, but a bit unfresh. Medium sweet flavour of apples, not too bad, but not much tannins.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. 5.6 % ABV. Clear golden. Not much head. Inviting aroma of fresh apples. Decent taste of red apple juice with some apple zest bitterness. Also a hint of cinnamon. Slightly astringent mouthfeel.

Flaske (5,6% iflg etiketten) fra Holmens importkoffert, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): klar gylden med kort skum. Liflig aroma av søte, modne epler med vanilje og kanel. Pussig smak, den gir ikke hva aromaen lover. Eplejuice med litt kanel?

Shared 330 ml bottle, ABV 6.2%. Deep golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of sweet eating apples, hardly any malic acid. The flavour is much drier than expected, hardly any body to speak of, no sweetness, no fruity acid. Disappointing.

Flaske fra Holmens importkoffert, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): nesten helt klar gylden med kort skum. Intens eplearoma, men smaken mangler både syre og sødme. Tørr og usjarmerende.

0,33 flaske (6,2%) fra Holmens importkoffert, direkte fra Praha (nydt etter tapping av vår Julebrun på Holmen) okt-18: klar gylden med svært kort skum. Søte gule epler (med skallet på) og hint av kanel + lær i både aroma og smak. God balanse sødme/syrlighet gir en god score på forfriskningsbarometeret.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 12.10.18. 5,6 % ABV. Clear golden. Almost no head. Fine aroma and taste of apple zest, yellow apples, apple juice and leather. Tart mouthfeel is balancing medium sweetness. A very good and comlex cider! Yeah!
