Bottle from the cider maker's stand at the FRESH festival at Plzeň, shared at the RBESG 23 grand tasting! Clearish golden body, white head. Soft aroma, apple, lightly flowery. Lean, dry, minerally taste, vaguely leathery, somewhat oaky, slightly empty but tasty enough! Wasn't entirely thrilled, but some others were!

Clearish very pale yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of earthy apple skins. Taste is vanilla, apple flesh, dried leaves, light tannins. Delicious

Tap at Beer Geek. Moderately dry, med-light carbonation. Medium sweetness, light sourness, med-light tartness. Very nice natural apple character, moderate intensity and complexity. On tap at BeerGeek Bar, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence and crisp apple skins. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with huge barnyard funk, champagne, and crisp apple skins. Complex and dynamic. Wonderful.
