Clear dark golden colour with no head. Aromatic and juicy apples. Sweetness of a Braeburn. Perhaps a bit too sweet for a Brut.

On tap at BeerGeek Bar, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence and crisp apple skins. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with huge barnyard funk, champagne, and crisp apple skins. Complex and dynamic. Wonderful.

Bottle, huge thanks Motelpogo! Sliiightly hazy golden body. Lean, lightly sweetish, liiiiiiiiiiightly vinegary appleay aroma, actually fairly pleasant. Nice, well developed appley taste, complex, lightly, pleasantly, fruity tart, lightly minty - simple, but actually quite enjoyable for me!
