From 75cl bottle @ BBT 12/2025. Head is medium, white, quick gone. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is fresh apples, light barique, cellar, bit sweet apples. Taste is medium base, fresh apples, barique, cellar, dry on the palate, very good, fully enjoyed.

BBT 12/2025. Golden color with no head. Aroma of dry apples, light wood, basement. Taste is dry apples, vanilla, cinnamon, wood basement.

Very nice! Feels really traditional, wild, natural. Complex mix of apples, got everything in balance - sweetness, sourness, tartness, bitterness. Very clean too, pleasant med-high carbonation. Just delicious, will buy again.

RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Ripe apple aroma with a lemony touch. Apple juice with a tannic character in the flavour. Smooth, light body and very drinkable.

RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Apple aroma, spice, and a floral touch. Quite aromatic. Tart apple with some tannic character. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

Bottle from the FRESH festival in Plzeň, shared at the RBESG 23 grand tasting. Golden body, white head. Soft taste, light barrique notes, good apple presence. Minerally, citric, appley taste, herbal, bit woody, quite pleasant overall, their best I reckon!

Bottle from the cider maker's stand at the FRESH festival at Plzeň, shared at the RBESG 23 grand tasting! Clearish golden body, white head. Soft aroma, apple, lightly flowery. Lean, dry, minerally taste, vaguely leathery, somewhat oaky, slightly empty but tasty enough! Wasn't entirely thrilled, but some others were!
