Not my favourite, not exactly cleanest feeling. I do not remember exactly how, but the fermentation went a bit sideways with this one. Still drinkable, just not very good.

Draught (Beertime, Prague) - Amber in colour. Caramel and some subtle notes of apricot and citrus in the aroma. Moderately hoppy taste with notes of caramel and some fruity hints.

Tap at Sedm °. Medium body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate general fruitiness, not very well defined hops character honestly. Drinkable, good, but not great.

Tap at Sedm °. Pretty normal classic Czech IPA, hops character is a bit muted. A bit more body than needed, light caramelly maltiness. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness, medium general esters. Average.

I guess tap at Galerie Piva with the Ši Crew. Clear golden body, off-white head. Empty aroma, citric, lightly funky. Lean, dry taste, resin, light citric notes, nicely dry, drinkable!

5.4.2025. Bottle shared by Marko, many thanks. Med-full body, medium carbo. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Lots of roast, med-high coffeeish, med-light chocolatey character, light caramel. Hops in the background. Light dried fruits. Overall a pretty authentic feeling foreign extra ish style stout. Quite good. 7,8.

13.12.2025. Tap at Klášterní Pivovar Strahov. Med-thin body, light carbo. Med-high bitter, lots of coffee, even light astringency. Sadly I do not feel the trubicky at all. A good beer, but pretty basic. 7,0.

Old school bottle from Drinkoteka shared on the train with Gurthnar. Blackish dark brown body, thick off-white head. Dark malts, some roasty notes, caramel, dried fruit, light socks in the aroma. Dark chocolate and roast in the otherwise smooth taste, bit soapy, lightly vegetal, quite solid, though I didn't love it as much as Gurthnar did.

Bottle via drinks Bubeneč. BBD 02/2024. 8,5% ABV. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. Pretty well dried out. Moderate bubble-gumy bretty character both in aroma and flavour. The barrel character on the other hand is not present. Roast feels diluted by age too, present, but rather light, coffeeish. Actually feels old, with beginnings of spoilage, which should absolutely not be present in a beer of this style and age. Average at best.

Bottle at BBT. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, wooden barrel notes, light funk notes, medium bitter, light sweet. Full body, malty roasty bitter sweet finish. Ok.
