How did I *not* rate this yet? Huh. On tap at the brewpub with Gurthnar. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Bready, herbal, mildly peachy, spicy touch bordering on phenol. Lean, soft yeasty taste, bit bready, herbal flat, low peach. Meh.

Lots of unhappy yeasty stuff in this one. Medium damp basement, light sour, doughy. A classic old school lager which went sideways. Thinnish bod, med carbo, med bitter, light sour, low sweet. Bready grainy malt, background hops. Bad.

Thin bod, med-hi carbo. Med bitter, light sweet, light sour. Background malt and hops, bready hint only. Med-light tropical citrusy hops. Only light old socks after a few sips. Overall goodish tho.

Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med-high bitter, dull quality to it. Light cara. Moderate oxidation going on. Light of that sourish doughy yeasty action too. Barely drinkable honestly.

Med-light bod, med-light wortiness, light diacetyl, ugh. Med carbo. Med bitter, light sweet. Hops feel aged, not much aromatics. Med-light tangerine, dried fruits too. Overall oldish, meh.

Med-thin bod, med-light carbo. Med-light sour, light sweet and tart, low bitter. Med-light blackber and lavend, not all over the place. Light beery feeling too, a hint of lacto funk. Actually pretty nice.

Tap at Sofiják. Opaque full yellow body, thick off-white head. Tropical fruit, NZ herbs and very light polyphenols in the aroma. Bit tart, oaty taste, white grapes, low coconut. Not that phenolic in the taste thankfully. Can be drunk.

Draught at the brewpub - Amber with a haze and a foamy head. Caramel, sultanas and nuts in the aroma. Nutty and slightly fruity taste with toffee, pecan nuts and sultanas.

Draught at the brewpub - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Grassy, floral and slightly herbal aroma. The taste is herbal and slightly buttery and grainy with notes of hay and some faint citrus hints.
