Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Clear light copper with a medium head. Sweet with malt, some caramel and light grain. The body was around medium as was the bitterness.

50 cl. can @ home, bought @ Julia Poolse Delicatessen, Geldermalsen. Clear light copper coulour with an off-white head. Caramel aroma with a hint of roasted malts. Sweet taste with a mild bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Can from the Polish shop opposite the Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Cherry-red with no head. Sweet to the extent is feels medicinal, tasting very similar to the blackcurrant ’Lockets’ lozenge or the Beechams ’Lemsip’ of the same flavour. It’s not a great one for beer.

Barwa słomkowa, klarowne, piana średniej obfitości, dość trwała. W aromacie sok jabłkowy, lekko octowo-winne. troszkę słodu. W smaku lekko słodkie, lekko kwaskowe, trochę nut sfermentowanych jabłek, białe wino. Wysycenie średnie, dobra pijalność, niezła treść. Przyjemny, orzeźwiający.

Bottle at Mieszczańska, thanks Maja R.! Poured an old gold body, clear, with a lasting white head. Caramel aroma, vague chewed up bubblegum, malty all in all with a light herbal touch. MIld neutral sweetish taste, light dark bread. Again, a solid strong macro lager.

Can from the Polish Delicatessen opposite The Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Hazy yellow-blonde with an extremely thin head and a small activity in the palate. It’s sweet and more artificial tasting and smelling than fruity, and not in a good way.

50cl can from a local Londis store. Pale golden amber with a billowing cream head; grainy aroma; estery taste and a grainy body, with a fruity alcoholic finish. Nothing subtle or sophisticated about this!

Can at home. Nice ruby color with big pink head that actually lasts unlike most fizzy radlers. Lots of black currant, light cherries, some sweet malts and light cardboard. There’s some lime wedge in the lovely picture on the can, but I don’t really taste much of it. Quite sweet but not too much. Medium bodied, feels more like a lager than a soda. Good effort for what it is, kermis will love it.
