Tap at the brewpub, almost missed it - but it was on the inside board as Bock 15°. Clear coppery amber body, off-white head, small, thick. Caramel and some dried fruit in the aroma, vague dusty herbal notes. Creamy caramelly taste, solid herbal hoppy presence, good balancing bitterness. A very good beer released with zero online presence... I don't get how these brewpubs, brewing genuinely tasty stuff - and having all the info needed to promote it - are missing opportunities to do so.

Fad på Ossegg. Fersken med et lille skum. Sød og en smule blodappelsin i næsen. Meget blod appelsin og en fin syre.

Fad på Ossegg. Klar gylden med et hvidt skum. Dufter af gammel humle. Meget bitter og lidt malt.

Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- herbal, meadow grasses, citrusy, apple. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, herbal, citrusy, apple, malt. Medium bodied. Good.

Tap at Ossegg. Shiny clear golden body, thick off-white head. Tea notes, citric, herbal in the aroma. Lean taste, soft enough. Clean maltiness, lightly yolky, citric, white grapes, lychee, mild bitterness, fresh and better than the sum of its parts, the hops might not be spot on but it works. Ossegg definitely got an upgade since the SQBRU brewer joined them.

Tap at Ossegg Praha. Shiny coppery amber body, lasting off-white head. Pleasant malty aroma, light jammy notes on some graininess. Soft taste inititially, caramel and jammy touches before immediately heading into herbal bitterness. Good stuff, tasty, spot on, clean bockoid!

Draught at the brewpub. Caramelly and slightly spicy aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Creamy head. The flavour is caramelly and creamy. Slightly spicy, from the hops, I guess. Good clean bitterness. A bit mild, but a good example of a bock, I think.

Draught at the brewpub. Good fruity hop aroma. Almost golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off sweetish and then turns more bitter. Lemony and citric aroma hop. Not much alcohol taste or mouthfeel but quite flavourful.
