Can at BBT feb 2025. Bought at their brewery. This feels like a classic LA-01, which means a phenolic-estery mess more resemblant of a weizen than anything else. Wortiness kinda hidden, but what replaces it does not blow me away. And in the end the wortiness appears anyway. Average.

Can at BBT feb 2025. Bought at the brewery. Medium body, med-light carbonation. Med-high sweetness, med-light bitterness. Moderate cherry flavour, which is not great, not terrible. But the beer lacks some fine finessed character beneath that. There is light phenolic spicy character, but it fail to intertwine with the malt, which is mostly caramelly and the cherry. Feels disconnected and a bout rough and too sweet, unbalanced. Could use more carbonation too. Not bad, not great either though.
