Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is evenly hoppy and malty. Light to medium body with flavors of sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter hops. There is a hint of fruit as well. The finish is lightly hoppy with a short bitter aftertaste. Nothing offensive, just a pretty boring Amber overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Sweet citrus and melon aroma with a whiff of spice. Light body with flavors of citrus, sweet spice and wheat. The finish is short and fruity with a mild spice aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and honey. Light body with flavors of bready malt, grain and sweet honey. The finish is sweet up front with a touch of hops in the aftertaste. Just average overall.

Growler thanks to travita and jkwalking05. Pours with a large light brown head over a hazed brown body. Aroma is strong with fresh dark plum skin (with all the tannins), nail polish, leather, chocolate and light barrel. Taste is slightly tart (a bit infected for sure), with plum and a bit of toffee. Light bubbles, light alcohol, and really syrupy for 7.2%. I think the Wild Turkey bourbon is not a real good spirit to age beer in, the flavor imparted isn’t great, but I don’t like Wild Turkey to start with. WEIRD BEER!6.4.7.3.14
Re-rate, thanks to cavie and the brewer amber pour.Wild Turkey, Brett, fruit, tobacco, sour, wood. Taste, bitter, sour, popcorn. Wood.dry.

Murky amber-brown colour. Somewhat fruity aroma. Slightly smokey on the palate. Sweet, underfermented, candyish. No real balance, just underfermented - the malts aren’t good, there is no balance and I can’t get into any of the phenolic notes either. A miss.
