Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a fizzy, dissipating head. Leathery tannin aroma. Medium body, lovely sweet apples with tannins that follow suit for personality and balance. Very drinkable. 050224

Bottle 50 cl. The GTIN takes me here although this is Vintage 2022. Clear golden with a fizzy white head, that dissipates in no time. Clean apple nose with some tannins. Medium body, an initial sweetness but quickly strong and leathery tannins comes creeping in. Scaringly easy to drink, but my cheeks heat up, so the alcohol is definitely in there! Lovely. 090124

[50cl bottle from Sainsbury’s, Bracknell .] A bright golden coloured pour with light carbonation; ripe apple aroma; sweetish red apple taste with a little caramel; and a touch of wood in the finish. Very drinkable.

0.5 l transparent bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Thanks, VorDa. Clear pink. Sweet apple candy, a touch of oak. Red fruit, berries. Slightly sweet, bland, soft oaky notes, soft carbonation. A touch of vanilla, a touch of strawberry candy. Ripe apple. Light finish.
