Bottle 50 cl. Straw-colored, clear. Aroma: wet apple, sour, a touch of sweetness, a little wood. Taste: sweet, ripe white apple with acidity, wet apple, a little metal and oxidation, but quite good.

50 cl bottle, 2020 vintage. Nice pink color, almost no foam. Aroma: red apples, a little berry, soaked apple, a little sweetness and rose wine. Taste: sweet and slightly sour, red apples, not too carbonated, soft, not bad.

2021 vintage. Golden clear pour with a very small head, aromas of apple and oak, some cinnamon and toffee. Taste of apple, oak, hint of spice. Nice and slightly tart finish.

2019 vintage is less tart than the 2021 I had a week ago, well rounded, highly sessionable. Golden clear pour with a very small head, aromas of apple and oak, quite a bit cinnamon and toffee. Taste of apple, oak, hints of spice. Nice and slightly sweetish finish.

Keg at Ye Olde Cider Bar, Newton Abbot. Clear yellow gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, straw, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, apple, sugary, straw hint and tangy. Medium bodied, ligth carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK
