Bottle 0,33ltr: Dark brown colored brew with an velvet slightly sweet bitter taste, with hints of caramel, dried fruits, almond and something like coffee. It seems this is the first Eisbock.

Tiefgoldgelb und glanzfein. Der weiße, feinporige Schaum macht einen flaumig-stabilen Eindruck und hält dabei ganz gut. Malziger Duft von Getreide und Brot. Dazu zart floral honigartig und leicht würzig bis heuig hopfenaromatisch. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, prickelnd, getreidig-brotig-malzig und süßlich bis leicht heuig-herb. Der Körper zeigt eine angenehme Fülle, feine Rezenz, seidige bis leicht cremige Textur und leichter Trockenheit. Am Gaumen und retronasal zeigen sich süßliche, getreidige, brotige Malznoten mit einem Hauch von gelben Steinobst und Sulfat(?). Eine leicht trockene, heuige Hopfennote schwingt dabei mit. Das Gesamtbild erscheint durchaus angenehm und die Drinkability darf man ebenso als gut bezeichnen. Im langlebigen Nachtrunk vernimmt man in erster Linie malzige bis florale, honigartige und zart fruchtige Noten, die mit einer leichten Trockenheit ausklingen.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep golden body with a thick off-white head that gradually fades. Fine carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marzipan and spices. Flavour of orange peel and rust. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Tangy and spicy.
