Cask ale, half-pint after breakfast at Half Moon (JDW). Covering white head, close-to-clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate aromas of oily hops and grain. Malt-fruity flavours of pale malts, oily hops and a citric bite. Ends mid-dry with a distant bitter touch. Quite alright. (Stepney Green, London 12.02.2023).

Pours a clear light amber colour with a small frothy white head. The aroma is malty, bready malts, citrus and some sulphur notes. A moderately sweet malty taste, grainy and bready malt, sweet orange flavours with a citrusy hop bitterness.

Keg at the brewery. Herby spicy aroma. Clear bright gold. Decent creamy white head. Medium-heavy bitter, with a sour edge. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Keeps things Interesting. It's a lager?
