Bottle shared in Hackney - big thanks to Danny. Vintage 1995. Pours clear honey-gold. Great aroma, lots of ripe apples and honey. Meidum to big sweet flavour, a little metallic, more sugary ripe apples, a little bitter peel. Meidum bodied, oily. Warming finish, plenty more ripe and sugary apples, apple sauce. Not bad. Has aged quite well.

1995 bottle at 8.4%, thanks to Dirty Dan. It pours rich, oily, stick, toffee apple, tangy, cray intense sweet apple, ice cider, apple pie and custard. The taste is slick, oily, slick, sweet sticky, heavy, toffee apple, apple cake, tannin and earth with a drying finish. Medium body, low carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Really like the aroma. Has aged way better than expected.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place 03/02/2018. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sweet toffee apple, ice cider, maple, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of sweet brown malts, toffee, aged. Palates is tangy, woody, moderate carbonation. Interesting. nice.

Bottle. Clear, yellowish pour, leading to a rather boring nose. There’s apples and a hint of yeast. The same goes for the flavor. Medium body and a long, astringent finish with apples and a chemical note, ammoniac maybe? A bit boring, this cider, but not foul. (070430)

Pale body with a white head. Apple and yeast aroma. Rather soft flavor, nice balance between sweet and sour. Maybe just a bit to mild at the end, I was expecting some more flavors from a “Scrumpy Cock”!!

2 liter bottle - Mild aroma - slightly sour. Clear yellow color. High carbonation with a sweet apple flavor - no bitterness or alcohol taste at all. Another nice cider that hides its high alcohol content. Better than the mainstream ciders.

Nice clean apple aroma. Light brown appearance. This is a nice dry cider - it has very little sweetness to it.
