Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship

We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Taste has slightly resinous initial hint with a smooth tropical element against a malt backdrop. Palate has pine. Pretty great.

Draught @ Malt & Mold (7/10/19). Clear golden with small frothy whitish head, very faint malty aroma, high carbonation, mildly sour peach merengue taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Nice, a bit too strong on flavor

Can shared in London - thanks to Mr. Frog. Pours murky orange-gold with a creamy, white topping. Has som peach, melon, pear, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bright and fruity on the finish. Enjoyable.

Passion fruit, orange, milk, malt, and orange peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with giant white head. Very sweet passion fruit, creamy malt, and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Good body. Decent.
