Description
Platform was founded in 2014 on the premise that collaboration should be at the cornerstone of everything that we do. Whether it be with pro brewers, the home brewing world or a variety of other industries, beer is special and should be shared.
From humble beginnings, brewing on a 3 bbl brewhouse in Cleveland, Platform has expanded to a second Tasting Room in Columbus, a Production Facility in Cleveland, a Cincinnati Tasting Room named LOCOBA and a Sour Beer Facility named Phunkenship

We brew high-quality craft beers for sale in our tasting rooms and distribute throughout Ohio. Expect a mix of ever-changing styles inspired by beer trends.

OK, so its IPA and its from a can; what else could you ask for, maybe a wild? Just asking. When I pour it, its a big foaming sight in the mug. So much foam, careful not to overflow all over the table. Yet, the look of it is so cloudy churning muddy vanilla yellah. Smell is ever so slight fresh grapefruit citrus. Taste is certainly IPA, all rubbery and shit. Yes, much more like a NE IPA than a flavored bullshit IPA. Can't pick out the cinnamon. Can't pick out the blood orange. Just like any IPA the bitter hops is quite overriding. Typical big ass IPA, just getting close to imperial double IPA but with a little acceptance. If there is orange and cinnamon in there, you'd never notice; it's simply real IPA, just like any one of a quad-billion out there. There, you have it, what else can be said except IPA is the new macro.

Yellow-orange pour. Aroma is mild, citrusy hops and malt. The flavor is of citrus hops, pale malt, and wheat. It's not as bitter as the ibus would suggest. Decent.
