Description
Redcastle Brewery officially opened its doors in 2016, brewing our much loved Tower IPA. Since then we have gone on to sample many different, styles of beer and currently have 9 core beers available in our range.

We create traditional British-style ales of exceptional quality and taste. We do everything in house - brewing, casking and bottling in a quality controlled environment.

Our ales are honest, flavoursome and moreish, just like us!

Draft into bottle from lowcostbeer. Pours a clear amber with small white head. Aroma of toffee, pine, fruit medley, slightly floral and earthy. Taste is quite malty and bitter from the off, Toffee, marmalade, pine resin, grassy-floral finish, semi-astringent dryness. Light to medium bodied but chewy. Not the most refreshing of beers but there are some interesting flavour notes.

Bottled by lowcostbeer. Cloudy reddish brown with small white head, didn't last long but some retention. Aroma of malts, apple, rasins, toffee. Taste of burnt malts, caramel, light sour red fruits, building bitterness, dry. Standard medium body and carbonation. Punchy bitter red ale and it grew on me but still lacks good flavour and complexity for the strength.
