On draft at Falling Rock in Denver. Pours a ear copper with a thick white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of grapefruit and mandarin orange. Bitter finish.

Tap at the brewery - a clean, straightforward american ipa - clean, simple, medium sweet maltiness - well-masked alcohol - the lean malts showcase the citric and peppery hops quite well - some floral tones and fruity/melon notes - finish is floral and strongly bitter, but not too acidic or abrasive - fairly solid ipa.

Tap at the brewery - dark ruby beer - medium body, fairly soft carbonation - flavor has a light chocolate sweetness to it, but the amarillo and cascade lend a strong bitterness and woody character thtg work decently with the light roast imparted by the dark malts, which serves to temper the sweetnessa bit - finish is piney and bitter, but not harsh or abrasive - a bit thin, but a decent black ipa.

Tap at the brewery - I generally dislike Kaladi Coffee - I find them to be one of the most overrated coffee shops in all of Denver - however, if you buy their beans yourself and use them right, you can produce a decent cup of coffee - these guys have done a fair job - the nose is pretty much all coffee - there is a strong cream sweetness, too - kind of smells like Cuban coffee - not a lot of strong acidity in the nose, like most brewers tend to extract when using coffee, so okay so far - flavor is very sweet, with moderate coffee character - kind of too sweet for my tastes, but this does serve to temper some of the bright acidity that arrives later - the body is fairly thin and the finish is kind of sugary, but this is a decent coffee beer.

Tap at the brewery - the sorachi ace and citra really make this beer - tons of lemon, white grape, grass, floral notes, hay, lavender - all of this clings to a simple, clean, medium sweet malt base, which really just serves to make the hops shine - fairly solid.

Tap at the brewery - clear light gold - a clean and crisp ale - mostly dry, with crackery malts, moderate mineral, floral hops, moderate bitterness, and a citric/lemony tang on the tail end - fairly clean and enjoyable, if a bit simplistic - the best of my flight so far.

Tap at the brewery - clear dark copper - faint nose of biscuit, light toffee, some mineral - somewhat watery texture - starts out semi-dry, biscuity, with moderate mineral notes - this is followed by some toasted bread and a touch of caramel - lightly husky finish - another meh.

Tap at the brewery - clear light gold - aroma of lemon peel, melon rind, light wheatiness, light earth golding hop character - light body, but with a creamy texture that creates a fullness in the mouth - flavors of lime and other mild citrus, moderate bready malt, moderate bitterness - a light vegetal note late makes for a less than enjoyable finish - merely drinkable.
