Tap at Second Dawn - listed at 7% abv - hazy light gold - brewed with a kveik yeast, so it has that light buggy character - creamy texture - moderate bitterness - light hay/straw - light lemon tartness - lightly funk finish - it’s alright.
Been a long long time since my last RIS, classic roasty chocolatey flavors and delicious barrel treatment. Lots of chocolate actually. Damn tasty. Finally visiting this classic
