On tap @ the brewery. Pours a golden orange appearance with a white head. Resiny, big grapefruit, light caramel, citrusy aroma. Mouth feel it’s a bit slick. Maybe a hint of butter but not bad. Bright citrus with low bitterness. Pretty solid.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a dark reddish brown appearance with a tan head. Burnt roasty malty, charred coffee, mild cream/milk, chocolate aroma. Carbonation is a bit low. Fairly high bitterness. Roasty and burnt flavor. Some vanilla. Eh.

On tap @ the brewery. Pours a burnt dark orange appearance with a thin cream colored head. Orange candy, caramel, grass, burnt sugar in the nose. Moderately low carbonation. Pretty sweet. Some citrus and blood orange. Ok.

The first home run from this brewery - insanely complex and juicy hop profile, with high bitterness that manages to be aggressive without being abrasive - very clean, lean malt profile - the hops just sing in this one - dry, assert bitterness in the finish - sweetness is a little high.through the middle, but easy to see how this won a medal at GABF - ifonly all their beer were this good.

Pale, clear gold - not sure.what the heck I am drinking here - very simple and lacking character - aroma and flavor of honey, pear, melon rind, and light toasty grain - slick texture - slighty boozy - one dimensional, like most of the other beer here.

Medium brownish amber - very dry and toasty brown, with a moderate bitterness and mineral character on the tail end - some vanilla bean character - leafy bitterness - chocolate is subdued, but comes to the fore in the finish, along with hinta of tobacco - some off peanut skin flavors - like many of their beers, a bit to simple to be all that compelling.

Pretty much a wheat ipa, and a decent one - there is supposedly lemongrass in this, but I don’t taste it - wheat malt adds a soft.texture and a mellow.sweetness - the citra add a nice vibrant citrus flavor, and the mount hood adds a moderate american hop bitter punchiness to the finish - simple, but enjoyable.

More of a lightly spiced american wheat (menu at the brewery labels it an "american white") - soft wheat notes, some clean but sugary sweetness, some grassy notes - citrus peel and light innocuous spiciness - finish is mildly husky, some melon rind lingers - meh.

Tap at the brewery - called "Bashleigh" - turbid light gold - watery texture - very sweet, with strong flavors of bubblegum and clove - also some off metallic notes, followed by some scented soap character - everything a german hefe ought not to be - does not make me.hopeful for Bill’s new brewing endeavor.

Tap at the brewery - lightly hazy gold with a fluffy head - lean, clean malt structure, frothy mouthfeel, nice firm body, dry finish - the hop bill is a little complicated, leading to some clashing flavors and.off.bitterness, but it’s pretty decent.
