Draft and can. Deep golden body with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, resin, grapefruit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, water/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Hard to pick out much lager character because the resin, pine, grapefruit taste and bitterness dominate. Thick mouthfeel. If I didn’t know this was an IPL, I’d say, OK, average and drinkable IPA.

Draft. Clear light golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, light floral hops, light grass, lemon and sulphur. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Light aroma and sweet, malt taste. A bit on the flabby side in the mouthfeel.
