Bottle @ Martin00sr tasting. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 140123

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2022) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, barnyard, lemon and plums. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, lemon, plums, green grapes, barnyard, a touch of vinegar and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Really tasty and well made lambic, with a fresh acidity and mild plum character. Very nice.

75cl bottle - Pours an almost clear pinkish peach colour with a small white head. The aroma is vinous, red grapes, yeast, funk and woody notes. A moderately tart and fruity taste, red grapes, strawberries, woody tannins and funk with a drying fruity and light sour finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Soft herbal, lots of typical Vandenbroek funk, lactic, soft quince, apricot, spicy yeast, oak. Not so fruity but complex blend of wild ales.

Hapu, viinamarjane, funky, kuiv, tsitrus, tanniinid. Hea.

Gekke houterige droge / naalden achtige bitterheid… ben er niet weg van

Bottle. Bit hazy deep golden. Lots of funk, hay, light grapes, raspberries, bitter oak, herbal. Medium sweet and bitter, lighter sour. More like lambic than grape ale. Lovely.
