Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft (maybe? it could have been somewhere else). This one gushed, not aggressively, but decidedly. Pours mostly clear pale yellow, lightly effervescent, with a frothy white head. Quite basic, lots of dry cereal, some paper, crispy biscuits, hay. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Dry and papery in the finish, more pale grainy biscuits. Not the best, but OK given the super low ABV.

Bottle shared pre final IMBC session - picked up in London. Pours clear chestnut with a small, foamy beige head. Nice aroma of toasted biscuits with hints of cocoa. Light sweet flavour, more toasted biscuits, mild earthy bitterness, subtle chocolate, roast. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, a light metallic note, more soft cocoa, mellow roast and toasted biscuits. Actually not bad.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Decent head. Nose - burnt bread. Some citrus. Taste - more burnt bread and molasses. Palate - light bodied of course, fairly fresh finish. Overall - I suppose the way you make a 2.7% beer palate-able is to up the malt content which they have done. If this was purely pale malt this would be a bit of a chore.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Borough Wines, Exmouth Market. Pours an attractive clear amber with a dense, frothy off-white head. Lightly sweet sweet, with subtly toasted rye grains, some lemon peel, vague tang, berries, old leather, leaves, grapes. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with more lightly toasted rye and wholegrain bread, soft citrusy tang, more leaves and leathery berries. Kind of interesting, but not something I'd likely revisit. Does have a decent amount of character for the ABV, though.

28/3/2018. Bottle from Water into Beer, Brockley. Pours dark chestnut brown with a large frothy off-white head. Aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, roasted malt and dark fruit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Smells and looks the part, body is what you'd expect for a beer with such an abv and overall one of the best low alcohol beers I've tried.
