Brettfest. Schuim. Hazy apricot color white ring head. Nose is massive apricot. Sweet and sour apricot. Grainy, funky. Moderate sweet and quite acidic and bitter. Over medium body, bit apricot jam jelly feel, soft carbonation. Tap at t Schuim. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Light veggies, dank funk, lactic, spicy yeast, soft herbs, maybe some tomato? There’s something funny here that I can’t put my finger on. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
