0.70l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma is vinous, grainy, yeasty and mild funky. Pours cloudy golden orange color with thin frothy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Tastes tart vinous, musty and citrusy, while mouthfeel is smooth and astringent. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Hell of a dog…

very hazy pale yellow colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of lemony-citric acidy, some unripe orange, green tea and acetic acidy notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with grapefruit juice, some acetone and definite hoppy bittery notes; rather a wild ale (alomst a gueuze) than a sour IPA, but in the end, it is quite ok

(Draft at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2025) Reddish pale amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with grapes, citrus, oak wood and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapes, barnyard, oak wood, sour fruit, red berries and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Fresh, fruity and tart. Very nice.

From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Tart red fruity aroma, fruit puree, cherry, some plum. Picking up a little pinot noir, light herbal. Tart and mild to medium sour. Quite nice, lots of fruit puree built on a herbal-ish Saison structure.

From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Aroma is a bit funky with apple juice, yeast, wheaty pale malt. Nicely tart, mild sour. Heavy on the apple juice but the pale malt balances things out. Medium body. Pleasant.

0,75l bottle at home. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, grapes, light stone fruits, earthy. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, grapes, subtle tannins, earthy, bit on the tart side. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of citrus, grapes and grassy notes. Nice to very nice one, bit on the tart side, but good stuff
