hazy grey-ish pale yellow colour, minimal creamy white head; aroma of citric and acetic acidy, unripe grape, grapefruity, earthy, leather and barnyard notes; taste has the same notes as ca be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bittery notes; really good one

0,75l bottle at home. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells wood, earthy, grassy, wax notes, peppery. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal, lactic, grapes, white wine. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of white wine, minerals and minerals. Very nice one, rather wine forward, good complexity

Pours a golden light hazy body with no head. Aroma's: sourish, poop, light butter, light fruit. Retronasal: sour, light apricot. Flavour is sour with a hint of sweet fruit. Light bodied. Fairly tart finish. OK, sour, but somehow still quite mild.

Yellow body, with a medium, white head. Aroma of white wine, grape, citrus, elderflower, straw, funk. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes funky, citric, vinous, with grapes, straw. Refreshing and elegant at the same time, lovely vinous notes, combined with rustic and fruity and fresh elderflower. Lovely stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
