Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, herbal, lactic, grapes, white wine. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of white wine, minerals and minerals. Very nice one, rather wine forward, good complexity

Pours a golden light hazy body with no head. Aroma's: sourish, poop, light butter, light fruit. Retronasal: sour, light apricot. Flavour is sour with a hint of sweet fruit. Light bodied. Fairly tart finish. OK, sour, but somehow still quite mild.

Yellow body, with a medium, white head. Aroma of white wine, grape, citrus, elderflower, straw, funk. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes funky, citric, vinous, with grapes, straw. Refreshing and elegant at the same time, lovely vinous notes, combined with rustic and fruity and fresh elderflower. Lovely stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Draught Medium, white head over hazy yellow beer. Citrus, passion fruit, other exotic fruit. Quite sour, but with a slight bitterish edge. Citruspeel & lemonjuice. Almost litteraly etching dry-out effect, light body, soft carbonation. Kumquat arrives very late in the aftertaste, backthroat. Bit - but not too - aggressive. Strange is that the kumquat is less kumquat than in some kumquat-less beers. If you still follow me...
