Bottle, lot 004. Big gusher. Color: Hazy, rather pale yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Leather, tart, white grapes, grapeskin, oak. Taste: Leather, hints of white grapes, grapeskin and some oak. Light to moderate sour and sweet, somewhat more bitterness. Strong leathery and some bittery grape seed finish. Dry-ish and somewhat astringent mouthfeel. Lively carbonation, just under medium body. I don't think this beer was originally mentioned like this and I don't think it tasted like this about a year ago, following the earlier reviews. The fruity part is pushed away by the funky leather. Mwah.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with some tiny chunks floating around - no head. Tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of apricot, unripe apricot, some mirabelle, vanilla, wood. Taste is dry, sour, fruity, minimally woody, notes of apricot, unripe apricot, fruit acid, a vinegar touch; minimally watery texture, astringent palate.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with foamy white head. Aroma is very hoppy, a bit cheesy. Taste is cheesy hops, pale malts, very hoppy sweatsocks, a bit milky yeasts. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad, but a bit overhopped.

Bottle, many thanks Claude! Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, light cheese, grassy hops. Taste is light dough, fresh yeast, grassy, . Soft mouthfeel with soft, but high carbonation. Very tasty modern Saison, I like!

At Wortspiele #5. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is vinous, grapes, salty crisps, Brett, stables. Body is medium and pinchingly sour, grapes, but a bit one dimensional, lively carbonation. Straight and clean though. Good.
