Bottle, many thanks Claude! Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, light cheese, grassy hops. Taste is light dough, fresh yeast, grassy, . Soft mouthfeel with soft, but high carbonation. Very tasty modern Saison, I like!

At Wortspiele #5. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is vinous, grapes, salty crisps, Brett, stables. Body is medium and pinchingly sour, grapes, but a bit one dimensional, lively carbonation. Straight and clean though. Good.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours unclear pinkish salmon. Aroma is rose hip indeed, grapes, funk. Body is medium, sour and tart, quite strong and clean, lively carbonation. Palate lingers on sourness and grapes. Good.

Bottle (I think) @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Very dark color, not quite black. Beige head. Aroma's: funk, poop, sourish, roast. Retronasal: roast, sour. Flavor is sour, roasty. Light bodied. Long sour, tart finish.

Bottle at t Schuim. Hazy golden with soft pink hue and barely any head. Massive fresh apricot, soft funk, light fireworks, more apricot. Pretty damn sour and light bitter. Over light bodied. Delicious apricot here, nice one!
