Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, grapes, wine, wood, vinous. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart - sour, tannins, grapes, wine, vinous, fruity malt, light ruff. --Bottled, from Mikkeller Bottle Shop, Copenhagen. -- Hazy orange colour, small head. Vinous nose with pepperminty pears and red berries. Tart with medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, hay, dark fruit, funky brett and oak. Mid bitter finish, Complex and elegant.

Dorée, léger pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme est frais avec un bouquet bien plaisant et complexe des pommes - ici un rétro-nasal oscillant vers un léger nez caramélisé. Pomme pressée fraiche - côté saison semble plus en retrait.

Palais présente un excellent assemblage de cidre en barrique avec la saison. La pomme reste dominante et présente une petite note acerbe entrecoupée par une fine douceur sur pointe caramélisée.
Solide, dans la lignée de ce que propose A Tue-Tête.
