Cask at Marble Arch Inn, Manchester. A pale amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, grassy hops, elderflowers, and some grapes. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and lots of hops - lending it notes of grass and elderflowers - seemingly a combination of UK and US hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is light.

Served at a fine drinking temperature from gravity cask at Bar Unusuale, GBBF 09. Slightly unclear orange-golden body. The ginger part is rather over the top in aroma and taste. Notes of malts beneath. Spicy bitter endnotes. Different with some pleasing moments, but not easy to drink (Second day at the festival, 05.08.2009).
