Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. It looks like pineapple juice. Aroma is a bit of ester from the yeast with some pepper and fruity hop. Flavor is starts out with more white pepper a little rye and ends with some farmhouse funk and melon hops. This pretty much has all the things you are looking for in a saison but it’s just a little light around the edges. If you like your saisons on the peppery side then this is for you.

Sample during the "Bob’s Private Bottle Share" on 11/21/2016. The beer pours a hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Yeast, oak and malt aroma. Medium to full body with flavors of vinous oak, yeast, malt and spice. The finish is red wine and yeast. Decent overall.

Can into a taster showing well filtered neon yellow with a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows clean tropical and slight piney notes. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of pineapple, guava, and pine with a moderate bitterness. Moderately intense flavors but refreshing and clean.

This beer pours a hazy pale golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Citrus, wheat and grassy hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hop, lemon, and toasty malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
