From can @ tasting Black Night 2025. Head is medium, tanned, good retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is roasted tones, dark fruits, cocoa, bit vanilla, dark chocolate. Taste is full malty base, dark fruits, dark malts, chocolate cocoa, bit berries, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

0.473l can. Pours like engine oil, but still leaves a sizable and lasting brown head. Roasted malts come first in the aroma, but there is a nice fruityness to it too (think about plums and raisins). It also shows a generous amount of spicy and earty hops. Subtle smoky notes can be felt too. Taste of dark chocolate and roasted malts with a plums, raisins and a lot of spicy and earthy hops. Full bodied with moderate carbonation and oily texture. OG RIS and a great example of it.

Buying it at Amstein, a long time ago, best before 03/25, drinking it tonight, coming back from Paris. Not so ordinary for the style, rather light, a bit watery, malty, sweet and generous hint of coco, fruity, a bit syrupy, not the impression of 7%

On thursday, at night drinking this beverage peacefully on the balcony just before to sleep. For me, it was well balanced, hazy, dry and mineral with a solid bitterness and a generous side of different aromaticals and florals hops, grapefruit, pineapple, 22.05.22

For me, I had a great moment with this beer, solid and well balanced double ipa, a bit soapy but it was not at the extreme, dry ipa, really bitter and citrus, side of orangr peel, at the final, you get a note of tropical fruit, sparkling and aromatic, 28.04.20

It was a welcome ipa before to sleep, yesterday after a long day between Geneva and the Jura. A solid and generous ipa with body, bitter, citrus with a right touch of mango, mineral, dry malt, refreshing even the fresh weather, 30.05.22, drinking it at Epalinges.

Thanks Fred to share this can at your flat, at Geneva. Drinking this generous ipa after the meal. This one is malty, a bit tart, herbal, fruity, syrupy, peachy, a bit creamy, smooth with a touch of sweetness, the bitterness is smooth, citrus, 13.11.23.
