Can 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough, white head. Distinct Brett aroma, atop what appears like sweet white wine. Medium body, fruity, spicy, oaky, leathery, acetic and Bretty. Dry finish with a hint of tartness. Complex. 010623

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with gooseberries, elderflower, lemon, apricots and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of elderflower, lemon, gooseberries, pickled cucumber, rye bread and a dry finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Really tasty, with a fresh acidity and a nice elderflower presence. Very nice.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some rhubarb, mild herbal and some toffeeish tones. Flavour is rhubarb, some lemon, mild acidity as well as some tart wooden tones. Crisp and refreshing.

Bottled (from KCM Päivölä, SJK). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is dry wood, floral and some fruity notes with a big earthy kick. Kind of on par with proper 3F/Cantillon Lambics. Flavour is tart wood, some floral, some ripe fruits. Leaves very watery as for the flavour, but a bit more oomph to this and it would kick ass. In the big worlds and names of even Lambics. Excellence in aroma. leaves quite watery.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty, some mild funky tones with a wee bit of herbs and some floral tones. Flavour is very bretty, some toasted and nutty tones along with some fruits and mild dry wooden tones. Rather dry palate overall with a nice tartish nutty aftertaste.
