BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero. Dull murky amber, white head. Looks oxidized, the rest seems fine. Smells better - mango, papaya and passion fruit bubble gum, a faint hint of citrus zest - no proper hop resins or actual malts. The taste feels balanced (in an IPA kind of way) and well built - subdued tropical fruit, soft citrus, no burn, no alpha acid assault - the lack of hop punch in the aroma seems to have a beneficial effect to the flavour. A bit over-carbonated, other that that - a nicely done modern „juicy”/soda-water style IPA.

BOTTLE at home, from Berero. Clear dark amber, pillowy off-white head. Lots is fruity jammy caramel. Not that it has no hops, but not the pungency of fresh hops. Also, there might be some butter too. The is flavour is also malt forward - milky caramel, light fruitiness. Crisp clean mouthfeel, nice smooth piney bitterness. Might not be at its best, still good.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Slightly hazy bright amber, beautiful rocky head. The aroma is classic ripe grapefruit, a hint of zest and some candied peel sweetness with coffee nicely blending in - could take it for a Black IPA/White Stout if drank in the dark. The taste follows the aroma, subtle fruity and malty sweetness with very low bitterness. Maybe too little hops. Smooth clean body. Nicely done.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Dark amber, big beige head, sediment. Juicy caramel, fruity, jammy, hop resins and zesty freshness. The taste has that caramel sweetness, but is not even remotely sugary. Some toasted malts or bread, moderate soft piney bitterness. Nice and clean.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear deep amber-gold, sticky off-white head. Sweet sugar glazed pink grapefruit, some lardy yeasty notes. Nice strong IPA maltiness, citrus, strong somewhat harsh bitterness. Overall, a nice old-school strong IPA with a few weak spots.

BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero. Clear amber, big ivory head. The aroma is nice mix ripe citrus and some tropical fruit, just a tiny bit of crystal malts. The taste is a balanced citrus/caramel, with moderate bitterness and a crisp citrusy/piney bitterness. Smooth crisp mouthfeel, no astringency, no fusels etc. Classic, very well done.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, creamy ivory head. Smells of ripe grapefruit, light zesty, quite a bit of sweet candy/candied citrus. Similar taste, quite malty with a good citrusy bitterness. Chewy, slightly abrasive mouthfeel. Nice and clean and classic.

At a tasting, smallish bubbly head, cloudy muddy brown color, aroma of pine and woody hops, just a bit stale, flavor of marzipan, dark bread, and a bit of caramel with that woody piney hoppiness coming through. Not too good.
